Individual and Mass Start

Individual Start for More Safety and Relaxation in the Canicross Race

To ensure that both runners and dogs feel comfortable, all Canicross runners and teams start individually at intervals of approximately 30 seconds.
This helps to reduce stress, prevent excessive excitement, and avoid any potential conflicts between dogs at the start.

Mass Start für all other Runners and Walkers

All other distances for runners and walkers without dogs will take place as a mass start. The 2 km and 4 km distances will start together, as will all other distances. Participants running multiple laps are responsible for keeping track of their own laps.
